In July 2013, I joined in Dow Commercial Development Program and became a member of sales team. During the 1-year training, I successfully completed the marketing development project and experienced the team work in a real business environment with the great support from the colleagues of sales, marketing and technical department. Besides, I improved the selling skills by attending the sales simulation together with other 15 commercial trainees from Asia Pacific and acknowledged business knowledge in different fields by completing the rotation program in different functions. I got a lot of coach and support from the colleagues, which made me feel the strong company culture of caring and respecting for people’s development.
After the 1-year rotation program, I formally joined in Dow Microbial Control business and became a salesman to provide solutions and create value for our customers.
I do feel Dow is a great place to work in, where I get inspiration and opportunity to continuously explore, study, unlock my potential and achieve my own value.
